Happy Monday!
I hope your weekends were great and that you're getting back into the work/school week with a positive attitude. As for me, after a busy weekend and a Super Bowl Sunday that went happily in my favor (sorry, San Fran!) I have decided to make it a 3-day weekend. No classes for me today. That being said, it is not exactly going to be a lazy day either! I plan on finishing up and perfecting all the work that could not get done between the activities that the weekend offered. That means finishing assigned readings, and editing writing assignments. I also have gym run to make, and hopefully can get down to another round of dorm re-organization. Can I get any satisfaction from this square room?
While this is not the typical definition of a "mental health day," I take comfort in it. I am currently sitting in bed with a cup of coffee finishing up this post and re-reading an article about interviews for my Writing for the Public class. This way I am getting work done comfortably, and not feeling rushed. That way and can go back to classes tomorrow feeling truly refreshed and confident in my work. With that said, I should get back to my reading! Feel free to drop a comment; talk to you guys tomorrow!

Do you take "mental health days?" What do you do on these days?
Mental health days can be just what the doctor ordered! Enjoy!!
